We specialise in producing leading edge software solutions for various golf club industries and golfers.<br \/>\nWe now seek two front-line customer service representatives with excellent computer and communication skills and a personality that relates well with people. Fluent spoken and written English is essential. We are looking for self-starters who are able to problem solve, multi-task and work independently, but who at the same time are team players. Some understanding of golf would be advantageous but is not essential.<br \/>\nYou should have at least 1-2 years&#8217; Service Desk experience and a commercial, customer-focused, technical support background. Experience in training users on software systems, running webinars, and documenting system manuals, would be advantageous.<\/p>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity to join a unique high-tech company in a niche industry.
