We are looking for somebody with excellent communication skills and a flexible, can do attitude. You will be process driven and IT literate with strong analytic skills with excellent organisational skills with and ability to work to deadlines.<br \/>\nYou will be responsible for\u2026<br \/>\n\u2022 Coordinate health and safety related queries to ensure that stakeholders have relevant advice in a timely manner<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure incidents are reported, processed and recorded in a timely manner<br \/>\n\u2022 Coordinate delivery of health and safety related training, including potentially liaising with external providers to organise training courses across sites and departments<br \/>\n\u2022 Carry out risk assessments as and when necessary<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure all records are kept up to date and organised within the designated folders.<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain and update the health and safety information points and online resources<br \/>\n\u2022 Working match day to help Match Day Safety Officer<br \/>\n\u2022 Organise, attend and minute meetings, ensuring minutes are circulated and actions completed in sufficient time<br \/>\n\u2022 Other duties and responsibilities as required by line manager<br \/>\n\u2022 Upholding and promoting the Club\u2019s policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Safeguarding and Equal Opportunities policies and procedures<\/p>\n<p><strong>You will have\u2026<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 A recognised Health &amp; Safety qualification<br \/>\n\u2022 Good understanding health and safety legislation<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent attention to detail<br \/>\n\u2022 A positive and enthusiastic attitude<br \/>\nYou are\u2026<br \/>\n\u2022 Experienced in coordinating and administrative tasks<br \/>\nCrystal Palace Football Club is committed to safeguarding and ensuring the welfare and protection of children and vulnerable individuals and expects all staff to share this commitment.
