Ensuring the timely production of prize fund schedules.<br \/>\n\u2022 Tracking the use of SMS facilities through Blue Golf and ensure standardised and appropriate use of this facility.<br \/>\n\u2022 Responsible for Blue Golf preparation, competitor approval, accounts, and invoicing.<br \/>\n\u2022 Coordinating accurate and relevant statistics relating to tournaments..<br \/>\n\u2022 Assisting PGA staff in the field at any PGA administered event.<br \/>\n\u2022 Minute taking and circulating minutes\/prepare\/circulate agendas.<br \/>\nRole Requirements: Education\/Qualifications\/Key Competences\/Personal Profile:<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent IT\/admin skills including Microsoft Office<br \/>\n\u2022 GCSE or equivalent in English and mathematics to demonstrate a good level of numeracy and literacy<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience in database management (Blue Golf), Minute taking and a knowledge of the game of golf are advantageous<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to work as an individual or in a team<br \/>\n\u2022 Flexibility and excellent organisational skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Able to plan and prioritise work against strict deadlines<br \/>\n\u2022 Focused with a good attention to detail and a proactive attitude to problem solving<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent communication and customer care skills<br \/>\nWhilst this is a permanent, full time role (35 hours\/week) with the core hours of the business being 9 am to 5 pm Monday \u2013 Friday, occasional weekend, evening and\/or bank holiday working is essential to fulfil this role.
