Contribute to the succession planning of young home-grown talent via our youth academy system.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Coach, motivate and develop players within the U23 squad \u2013 allowing the elite players within the group to achieve their maximum potential.<br \/>\n\u2022 Devise technical and tactical training sessions in line with the WUFC footballing philosophy and player needs.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure cohesion, conflict resolution and management of individual U23 players.<br \/>\n\u2022 Set, monitor and develop high quality professional standard and team ethic for the players.<br \/>\n\u2022 Implement individual learning plans for players.<br \/>\n\u2022 Work in collaboration with all Academy staff.<\/p>\n<p><strong>General responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Compliance with Club policies<br \/>\n\u2022 Compliance with the Club\u2019s health and safety procedures<br \/>\n\u2022 Compliance with the Club\u2019s safeguarding policies<br \/>\n\u2022 Undertake such other duties as may be reasonably expected<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain professional conduct at all times<\/p>\n<p><strong>Safeguarding:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 This role involves working with children and\/or vulnerable adults in a Regulated Activity (or in close proximity to children and\/or vulnerable adults).
