padding: 0px;\r\n}\r\n@media screen and (min-width: 1201px) {\r\n.gtkil67804c9628917 {\r\ndisplay: block;\r\n}\r\n}\r\n@media screen and (min-width: 993px) and (max-width: 1200px) {\r\n.gtkil67804c9628917 {\r\ndisplay: block;\r\n}\r\n}\r\n@media screen and (min-width: 769px) and (max-width: 992px) {\r\n.gtkil67804c9628917 {\r\ndisplay: block;\r\n}\r\n}\r\n@media screen and (min-width: 768px) and (max-width: 768px) {\r\n.gtkil67804c9628917 {\r\ndisplay: block;\r\n}\r\n}\r\n@media screen and (max-width: 767px) {\r\n.gtkil67804c9628917 {\r\ndisplay: block;\r\n}\r\n}\r\n<\/style>\r\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><br \/>\nSheffield United Women&#8217;s First Team are recruiting for an Assistant Coach to work alongside and support the Head Coach in delivering the required coaching to the First Team players, supporting the aims and objectives of the development of SUFC Women&#8217;s First Team.<br \/>\nPlease note that this is a fixed term, full time position for the 2023\/24 season, with the possibility of the role to be extended for further seasons.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Responsibilities<\/strong>:<br \/>\nProvide assistance to the first team Head Coach.<br \/>\nTo attend all training sessions and matches.<br \/>\nTo ensure that all playing, training and relevant information on all SUFC Women&#8217;s First Team players and Goalkeeper&#8217;s is recorded on the WPS and is kept up to date at all times throughout the season.<br \/>\nAssist in Implementing a training programme in line with LTPD guidelines.<br \/>\nSupporting the aims and objectives of the England international development pathway from youth teams to senior team.<br \/>\nEnsure high standards of coaching delivery across the first team and development team taking into account current elite good practice.<br \/>\nAssist and develop the team and players, whilst overseeing a continuous professional development programme, to include a comprehensive mentoring strategy, for coaches and support staff involved within the Club.<br \/>\nEnsuring and adhering to The FA standards for safeguarding children.<br \/>\nFormal monitoring and evaluation of player and coach performance of the Club.<br \/>\nMaintain positive relations and regular contact with key England International staff (Head Coach\/Director of Elite Development\/relevant age group coaches and Player Performance staff).<br \/>\nTo carry out\/take part in training requests and CPD as directed by the Club.<br \/>\nAny other reasonable requests as directed by management.<br \/>\nTo adhere to all Sheffield United Football Club&#8217;s Safeguarding Policies and Procedures to foster an environment which protects from harm those defined as children and adults at risk.<br \/>\nTo report any concerns of a Safeguarding nature to the relevant parties and remain fully compliant with any applicable Safeguarding checks and due diligence and recognise your responsibility to the Club&#8217;s Safeguarding agenda.<br \/>\nTo report any concerns of discrimination to the relevant parties and promote a welcoming and inclusive club environment for all.<br \/>\nTo adhere to the Club&#8217;s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion policies, supporting the Club to create an environment which is inclusive and all-encompassing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Criteria for the role:<\/strong><br \/>\nUEFA B License holder<br \/>\nFA Licensed Coach (Member of the Licensed Coaches Club to cover safeguarding and first aid).<br \/>\nExperience of and enthusiasm for coaching and mentoring elite young and senior players and\/or coaches.<br \/>\nTrack record of consistent high performance in a professional sporting environment.<br \/>\nEmpathy with young players with an ability to inspire.<br \/>\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to build meaningful, strong strategic relationships with club staff.<br \/>\nUnderstanding of learning, development and high performance with a proven ability to create optimum learning environments for players.<br \/>\nAware of diversity and equality challenges in football.<br \/>\nEmpathy and commitment to the long-term development of the game<br \/>\nStrong existing relationships within the Women&#8217;s pyramid in England.<br \/>\nWillingness to be flexible with attending work to ensure all aspects of the role are completed as per operational requirements.<br \/>\nAbility to travel independently for fixture, training and other cover as required.<br \/>\nDesirable Criteria for the role:<\/p><div class=\"ecmpz67804c9628975\" ><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\n     style=\"display:block;
