leadership<br \/>\n-experience of chairing and or CEO of an organisation (not for profit\/charitable or commercial entity)<br \/>\n-experience of committee work, tact and diplomacy<br \/>\n&#8211; good &#8216;people&#8217; skills<br \/>\n&#8211; impartiality, fairness and the ability to respect confidences<br \/>\n&#8211; knowledge of the type of work undertaken by the organisation and a wider involvement with the voluntary<br \/>\nsector and other networks.<br \/>\n-knowledge of the workings of an NGB and Sport Wales<br \/>\n-a passion for Welsh Sport<br \/>\n-Welsh skills preferred but not essential<br \/>\nHours<br \/>\nThere is an expectation that the successful candidate will commence in late September as part of an induction period.
